Desk review within 48 hours of you sending the quote. If a site visit is needed, we'll attend your postcode within the week and send the written comparison 2-3 days after.
Is the second opinion free?
The desk review is free. If a full site survey is needed and you don't go on to instruct us, we may charge a small inspection fee — we'll always tell you that up front before attending.
Will you tell the original roofer?
No. Reviews are strictly between us and you. We don't contact the other firm and don't share findings outside of your enquiry.
