A proper tarp or temporary flashing will hold through a wet week comfortably. The permanent fix is then booked separately, usually within 1-2 weeks for your postcode.
Should I call my insurer first?
If the leak is causing internal damage, yes — let us make the roof safe first, and we'll take date-stamped photos you can send straight to your insurer.
Out of hours?
Leave a voicemail with the your postcode address and a short description. We pick up out-of-hours messages within the hour and confirm whether a same-night attendance is possible.
What if it's not actually urgent?
Then we'll tell you on the call and book a normal survey window — usually within the week for your area. We don't charge emergency rates for non-emergencies.
