How our emergency response works

We stop the water with a temporary repair, often same or next day, so the inside of your home is protected.
- 3
Photo report
We document the damage, cause and cost — split into make-safe and permanent repair for your insurer.
- 4
Permanent repair
Once it's safe and signed off, we carry out the proper fixed-price repair with a workmanship guarantee.
Emergency roofing FAQs
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
For active interior leaks we aim for same-day or next-day make-safe across our core Hampton, Twickenham, Teddington and Kingston patch. Out-of-hours we respond to genuine emergencies where water is coming in.
What does an emergency make-safe involve?
We stop the water fast — a tarp, temporary felt patch, dry-fix ridge or sealed flashing — to make the roof watertight for 2–6 weeks while a permanent repair is scoped, materials are sourced and any insurance is signed off.
Will my insurance cover storm damage?
Most home insurance policies cover storm and wind damage subject to your excess. We provide a photo-documented report insurers accept and can liaise with your insurer directly if needed.
How much does an emergency call-out cost?
We quote the make-safe and the permanent repair separately so the emergency cost is clear. Make-safe call-outs are fixed-price after we see the photos or arrive on site — no open-ended hourly drift.
