Insurance-claim roof work across South-West London & Surrey
Specialist roof reports and repairs for your area insurance claims — written for adjusters. We attend, document, and write the report in the format adjusters expect — then carry out the agreed scope once authorised.
Pick your area
We offer insurance-claim roof work within our service area around Hampton (TW12) base.
Cause-of-loss report
Written assessment identifying the proximate cause — storm, impact, age-related failure, pre-existing defect — with photographic evidence.
Itemised reinstatement scope
Line-by-line scope of works in the format loss adjusters prefer, including access, materials, labour and waste removal.
Date-stamped photo evidence
Wide shots, close-ups and detail photos with EXIF data preserved, suitable for inclusion in the insurer's case file.
Adjuster liaison
We'll speak directly with the loss adjuster on your behalf if you prefer — including site meets and supplementary photo requests.
Conditional pricing
Quote held until insurer authorisation — you don't pay anything if the claim is rejected and you choose not to proceed privately.
Compliant reinstatement
Works carried out to current building regs with retained as-built photos and a written completion record for the rebuild file.
How it works
- Send the claim reference — We need the insurer, claim number and policyholder name to log the job correctly — and the {pc} address.
- Documented site visit — We attend within the week, photograph everything, and capture the cause-of-loss evidence properly.
- Report to insurer — Written report and itemised scope sent to you and (with consent) directly to the loss adjuster within 5 working days.
- Authorisation — We wait for the insurer's authorisation. If they push back, we'll provide supplementary evidence and challenge in writing where appropriate.
- Reinstatement works — Once authorised, we schedule the works, document the rebuild, and provide a closing pack for the claim file.
Why homeowners use it
- Reports written in adjuster-friendly format — policy wording, proximate cause, itemised scope.
- We've handled claims with most major UK home insurers, including subsidence-linked and storm-event claims.
- Direct adjuster liaison so you don't have to translate between insurer and trade.
- Conditional pricing — you don't pay if the claim is declined and you don't want to proceed.
- Date-stamped photographic evidence with EXIF preserved, accepted by insurer case files.
- Reinstatement carried out by the same firm that did the report — no hand-offs.
Common questions
Do you deal with my insurer directly?
Yes — with your written consent we'll liaise directly with the loss adjuster, including emails, site meets and supplementary evidence requests for the your area property.
What if my claim is rejected?
If the insurer declines and you don't want to proceed privately, you don't pay for the inspection or report. We only invoice for reinstatement once authorisation is in place.
How long does a claim usually take?
From first survey to authorisation is typically 2–6 weeks depending on the insurer. Reinstatement after that is scheduled by us and usually completes within a further 2–4 weeks for your area jobs.
Can you challenge a low offer?
Yes — we regularly submit supplementary evidence and written rebuttals where the initial offer doesn't cover policy-compliant reinstatement.
Will the insurer accept your firm?
Most UK insurers accept any VAT-registered, insured contractor. We hold £5m public liability and provide our credentials with every report.
