Loft-side check (if access)

We'll look for daylight, staining, felt condition and any obvious thermal or ventilation issues from inside.

Written report with photos

Only if work is actually required. Itemised by task so you can compare like-for-like with anyone else.

No follow-up pressure

One polite follow-up email — that's it. We don't telemarket or chase.

How it works

• Send your postcode — Drop us your {pc} address and a sentence about what you've noticed — a photo helps if you have one.
• We confirm a window — We'll text back with a 2-hour visit window, usually within the same week for {area}.
• On-site inspection — 30–45 minutes on site. Roof, gutters, fascia and (if accessible) loft — all photographed.
• Written report — Plain-English email with photos and condition ratings within 48 hours of the visit.
• Only if needed: a quote — If work is required, you'll get a fixed itemised quote. If it isn't, we'll tell you straight.
